I have studied and taught martial arts for around 25 years now. I have tried tons of training products, watched a zillion videos, and read every book under the sun. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly.
My intent with this blog is to give martial artists an honest critique of the gear out there that is supposed to make our lives easier. Hopefully you can find something here that can help you save your precious money and time and become a better martial artist.
While everything here is my own opinion, I will do my best to lend an air of objectivity.
